*Upon arrival, please park on the BACK SIDE of the building. We are located DOWNSTAIRS. Our staircase is toward the left side of the building.
Cancellations
We require a credit card on file to reserve all appointments. Our service providers work by appointment only, so missed appointments directly impact their income.

Cancel by the day before your appointment: No fee.

Same-Day Cancellation: 50% of the service cost.

Same-Day Rescheduling: 30% rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling within 1 hour of your appointment: 50% of the service cost.

No Call, No Show: 100% of the service cost.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or applicable cancellation/no-show fees.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, have allergies, or are using any acne medication, please notify our spa staff so we may assist you in choosing the right treatment.
