Hello I’m Nostacia!  I educated and certified at Healing Mountain Massage School and Creativity Partnership LLC for Massage, Bodywork and Reiki Mastery.  Whenever I can, I enjoy continuing my education and growth through reading or taking CE Courses. I have been educated in modalities such as Sound Vibrational Therapy through voice, bells, chimes, tingshas, tuning forks and bowls, Energy and Crystal Balancing, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Japanese Baths, Ancient Bath Practices, Hot stone techniques and stone layouts, Essential Oil Therapy and more.  Born and raised in Layton, Utah.  I love to hike, bike, fish, shoot clay pigeons and wander rock hounding by myself or with my dogs. I love making music and performing with my band, hanging out with family and friends or just relaxing reading a book or two. I love movies, all genres, but my favorites are inspirational and action. I also love planting and gardening in the spring and fall every year.  It is an honor and a privilege to be able to create an Exceptional Spa Experience that caters to your specific needs and goals.
